delivering of loaded rail tank cars by private locomotives from Tallinn station of Estonian Railways to terminal Dekoil and taking away the empty rail tank cars to Tallinn station;

discharging of oil products from tankers and rail tanks cars into the shore tanks;

loading of oil products from the shore tanks into tankers and rail tank cars;

loading of oil products into road tank cars using counter equipped filling stations: 2 stations for light products and 1 station for dark products;

preparing of bunker fuel;

railway transportation of cargoes (oil products, metal, wood and others) to different clients in the ports of Tallinn – Vene-Balti, Bekkeri, Paljassaare.
